This agreement outlines the terms between you (may herein be referred to as "the model")
and the owner of mcpromotions.org.uk   (herein referred to "mcpromotions.org.uk"). 
The model MUST read and agree to the following conditions BEFORE applying to model for mcpromotions.org.uk. 
If you do not agree to the following conditions or if any of the following statements are NOT true, you are NOT ALLOWED to apply.

Statement of age

The model hereby implies that he or she is of legal age.  According to United Kingdom law, the model must be of legal age to take part in pornographic activities.  As such, the model must provide proof of age before submitted material is posted. 
Suitable proof of age is a valid passport or photo ID driving licence.

Infringement

The model hereby certifies that the information on the application is correct to the best of the model's knowledge and the images submitted are yours and contain accurate representations of you and you only.  Furthermore, the model ensures that any illegal infringement of copyright of submitted material will be the sole responsibility of the model.  The model completely releases mcpromotions.org.uk from any liabilities that may result from displaying submitted on the mcpromotions.org.uk website.

Waiver

The model hereby waives any right to take legal action against mcpromotions.org.uk or any appointees, affiliates, or representatives for the display of submitted materials.  The information sent to us by any means, including any images will be used for our review and
may be posted on our site at Mcpromotions.org.uk’s sole discretion. 
Mcpromotions.org.uk agrees to never release your images to any third parties.

Privacy

The model agrees to never disclose any of the proceedings or privileged information held between yourself and mcpromotions.org.uk to anyone, other than law enforcement or a qualified lawyer, which might benefit other websites or magazines of a similar nature.  Such information includes the identity or location of Mcpromotions.org.uk’s owner and any other applicable information.

Affiliation

Mcpromotions.org.uk markets and sells photographic images of an erotic nature.  The site is marketed directly towards males interested in homosexual content.  The model must understand that placement of your photographs and includes any film shoots on our site may be seen by possibly anyone.  Mcpromotions.org.uk is not liable for any prejudice, discrimination or any other action that the model faces as a result.  Submitting photographs of yourself to mcpromotions.org.uk may make some individuals label you as a homosexual.

Acceptable Photograph Policy

You agree to ensure that your photograph (s) adheres to the "Acceptable Photograph Policy" outlined below.

• Your photograph (s) must be clear, reasonable quality and larger than 150 by 150 pixels.
• Your photograph (s) must not contain advertisements for another website.
• Your photograph (s) must not contain any textual context (such as an e-mail address or a name).
• Your photograph (s) is close to full body shots and at least one must be a head shot.
• Your photograph (s) must be given exclusively to mcpromotions.org.uk

Term of the Agreement

The term of this Agreement will begin after receipt of the application.  The Agreement is good for as your photograph (s) or films (s) are posted on mcpromotions.org.uk.

Relationship of Parties

Both you and mcpromotions.org.uk are independent contractors and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, and sales representative or employment relationship between the parties.  You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf.  You will not make any statement, whether on our site or otherwise, that reasonably would contradict anything in this section.

Disclaimer

Mcpromotions.org.uk makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the agreement including, without limitation, warranties of fitness, merchantability, non-infringement or any implied warranties arising out of a course of performance, dealing or trade usage.  The owner will use his best efforts to maintain our site's functionality; however, technical difficulties may occur from time to time, which may cause temporary interruptions of the service.  The owner will not be liable for the consequences of any such interruptions.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without reference to rules governing choice of laws.  Any action relating to this Agreement must be brought in the courts located in Telford, Shropshire and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.  You may not assign this Agreement, by operation of law or otherwise, without our prior written consent.  Subject to that restriction, this Agreement will be binding on, inured to the benefit of and be enforceable against the parties and their respective successors and assigns.  Mcpromotions.org.uk's failure to enforce your strict performance of any provision of this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such.
