However we only accept Returns for DVD product items opened if they are Faulty and directly sold by MCPROMOTIONS.ORG.UK.
We cannot exchange items unless they are damaged, defective or received the incorrect title.
If you purchases DVDs & other products sold by affiliated parties through their web sites, refer to their policies. |

 We will then issue you with a returns authorisation number. Please fill this number in returns authorisation box on the invoice/receipt form and enclose this in the package along with the item you wish to return. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible.
 We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt. Please retain this receipt when sending an item back to us.
Without proof of posting we are sorry but we cannot exchange if the item does not arrive with us.
 Please note. We cannot accept incorrect items back to us, if they are Not in its Original Condition, (unopened, with all seals intact).

If mcpromotions.org.uk sends you a replacement for a damaged, defective or wrong item, you must return the item to mcpromotions.org.uk within 30 days.
We reserve the right to charge the price of the replacement item to the payment card used for the original order if you DO NOT return the original item to us within
30 days of the date on which mcpromotions.org.uk
confirms we will issue a replacement. |

All items returned because of a fault will be tested by our test centre. If the item is found NOT to be faulty we will return it to you and you WILL be liable for any postage charge.
We would advise that you check the item thoroughly along with any accompanying instructions before returning the item.
If the is a DVD, please test the disc on another make or model of DVD player. |
